RIB EYE STEAKS come from the part of the animal that doesn’t do much work. The result is a tender, well-marbled and juicy piece of beef.

It can be boneless or on the bone, meaning the bone is still attached. Here we’ve used RIB EYE STEAK ON THE BONE to create a chilli-crusted steak.
